I. God Has Already Prepared You for Today
We can each look into our past and see people, events, and circumstances which God used to prepare us for where we are today…to prepare us to make choices which accomplish His purpose in this world. Whatever difficulty you must face today, God has already taken measures to equip you (and perhaps those around you) for it.
II. God is Using You Today to Prepare You for Tomorrow
We get scared because we don’t know why something is happening, but God is working to prepare us for something in our future. Sometimes God brings painful circumstances into our lives as a form of discipline and as a means of preparing us and others for what is to come. The most important preparation God makes in anyone’s life is preparation for Jesus.
