How does this alter your idea of obedience?

Taking Jesus to Work

Venture Listening Guide
Jesus comes to us wherever we are, in the middle of whatever we are doing; he doesn’t sit at church and wait for us to come to him. When we follow him, we likewise follow him to wherever people are, rather than waiting for people to come visit our church.
Sometimes God’s assignments are radical calls out of our familiar work or community, but much more often His calling on us is right back into our familiar setting.
Adding Jesus to the routines and relationships of our day suddenly makes the familiar things very special, helping us to see them through new eyes…and it may have a big impact on our results as well.
Take Jesus with you through your day and He will give you cause to worship him.
Historically, following Christ has not required most people to leave everything behind, but following Christ does require all of us to be willing to do so.

Thanks for posting, Blake. I was sorry to miss yesterday.
