Trust and Obey
1 Samuel 15
“Whoever has my commands and keeps them is the one who loves me.” John 14:21
For God’s people, partial or delayed obedience are just polished forms of disobedience.
“Trust and Obey” means remembering that God has a much larger picture in mind than we can know or imagine.
God is not interested in our “sacrifices” born out of rebellion or distrust. Obedience always trumps sacrifice.
Disobedience often brings consequences. Forgiveness? Yes! But consequences nonetheless.
